Kappa Values

Kappa Kappa Gamma proudly believes in values-based recruitment. This allows us to not only learn more about the values that our potential new members may uphold but how they align with the current members of our chapter. While the women of Kappa Kappa Gamma are all unique in their own way, we all share certain values that we hold close to our hearts. These are values that every member strives to live by daily. Friendship: genuine friendships are the ones that influence true happiness in our lives

Inclusiveness: valuing inclusiveness means providing a welcoming environment for everyone

Accountability: holding ourselves and each other accountable for words, actions, and more

Compassion: meaning to put aside judgment and staying true during difficult situations

Loyalty: allows one to take risks knowing those around them are loyal and reliable
